Educational/Project Supervisor: Core Competencies Workshop 

 The purpose of these workshops is to support experienced and new Educational Supervisors and Project Supervisors to develop the knowledge and basic skills needed to be an effective Supervisor of Specialty Registrars in Public Health: see Core competency training

 By the end of the day you will have covered four of the seven minimum criteria:

  1. Roles and Responsibilities of Educational Supervisors and an overview of the other key roles required in the training of Specialty Registrars
  2. Guidance on required trainee assessments
  3. Appraisal processes and skills
  4. Educational theory and practice
